Services

Classes

We offer our classes in 8 week training blocks. 


These blocks require a sign up of a minimum 2 days per week (maximum of 4) to ensure we are providing you with a balanced program and ensure you work towards obtaining the results you are after. 


Our classes run off a structured strength and conditioning program that teaches you the skills to confidently perform the basic compound lifts along with working on stability, mobility, core strength, plyometrics and cardiovascular conditioning.

Coaching Blocks

**All programs are available online or face-to-face. Each program is 8s in duration, broken down into 2 training blocks. Your coach will work alongside you to guide you and adjust your program as needed. Each program has the option of being Face-to-Face or Online with 2-5 day training splits available.

Base

  • 2-4 strength and conditioning days
  • learn proper form and technique while building full body strength and increasing cardiovascular health

Duration: 8 weeks

Endurance/running programs

  • 2-3 programmed cardio days + 2-3 strength days
  • whether your aim is to run your first 5km or you are training for a half marathon, this is the program for you

Duration: dependant on your cardio goal

Nutritional add on

  • body composition goals
  • calorie and macro allocation + coaching
  • an optional add on to help you achieve maintainable body composition goals

Duration: minimum of 12 week sign up, duration/cycles are dependant on your end goal.


Un-coached/standard programs

These are standard programs without coaching. Program is provided to you via our app. This allows you to have direction in the gym while also not being required to report back to your coach/have check ins. A great option for those who feel comfortable and confident in the gym but want some structure to their sessions.

  • directly message your coach
  • track your calories
  • see exercise videos
