Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! There are always progressions and regressions depending on your capabilities. If you do have an injury, please make sure that you get the all clear from your doctor/physio to start this form of physical exercise.
We don't, but the programs that we run are almost like a membership. We also offer a deal that any class after your 3rd in a week is free of charge!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! If you are committed, take advice and put it into action, all whilst staying in communication with your coach, you can expect to see some pretty rad results!
We offer an Open Gym setting Monday-Friday within certain hours.
This allows you to either do your own thing or follow one of our programs at your own pace.
